The renovation is driven by very few actions aimed at completely revolving the circulation while defining more appropriate and suitable spaces for a family of four people. The new alignments frame the green surrounding environment maximizing the inflow of natural light. Despite the building dates back to the first half of 1900s and several structural and technological constraints affected the project, remarkable improvements of thermal and comfort conditions were obtained.
