This two storey house is based on two clear functional blocks separated by a vertical space in which a cantilevered stair stands like a sculpture addressing all the main circulation flows. Two skylight let the natural light to wash the entrance, the wall and the stair creating an unexpected atmosphere that changes during the daytime. The inner spaces find their natural extension in the garden and the terraces that provide adequate shading during the summer time.
