The deep renovation of a building, dating back to the 50s, under the umbrella of the national funding scheme to meet the highest energy performance possible was the driver to completely rethink the quality of spaces and change its functional layout to welcome the changing needs of a dynamic family. The three floors have been re-organized according to more flexible solutions and a new PV pergola have been added to the rooftop terrace.
