The request to work within the boundaries of a consolidated space of a single house with the purpose to significantly re-organize the hierarchy of functional areas and circulation flows is solved introducing few vertical elements which serve as bookcase and at the same time completely reshape the space without interrupting the visual connections with the indoor and outdoor environment. The design solution also solves the differences in the flooring and ceiling hight.
